Sova Surveys are the go-to company for fast, accurate and affordable measured building surveys in Bath and South West England. We work with some of the UK’s premier architects, using our specialist skills to survey a broad range of properties including unique structural and exclusive projects.

These highly accurate, informative drawings or models of a building feature floor plans, elevations, roof plans, ceiling plans and sections. The drawn description of the floor layout shows the positions, locations and measurements of walls, windows, doors and other building elements of interest.

Measurements are taken with the help of both traditional methods and advanced techniques such as terrestrial laser scanners, digital photography and GPS satellite technology. Where you require a brand new set of ‘as built’ drawing or need to update and existing survey, contact Sova Surveys for fast, accurate results that are tailored to your exact requirements.

Our tech savvy team has a wealth of knowledge and sector expertise garnered over many years, which we combine with a can-do attitude to deliver excellence for each client’s building survey project, offering standard or customised specifications as needed.
